Concert at Davidson

When I was a little kid I had a dream of being able to play one of these gigantic pianos. But finally I find myself lacking the discipline to do such things. I ended up not being able to read the most simple music notes. Oh, well. I guess that’s life. However, I do appreciate many fine music pieces. Thanks to my dad, his awesome audiophile equipment enabled me to experience the true meaning of art without needing to go to a concert (not a single mp3 player can give you such good sound quality).

Concert nonetheless has its own appeal. The liveness and the unpredictability is simply not reproducible in a recording. I appreciate the awesome music played by Pep Band from Davidson College (pictured below). It evoked my old childhood memory and made me a kid again.
